3. Accept the terms of use and enter the six-digit code provided by your health care professional.
4. Complete the application, which will be reviewed by your health care professional.
5. Once approved by your health care professional, you will receive an email notification that directs you to setup and use your Patient Direct account.

At Salt Valley Chiropractic & Nutrition Clinic we carry a large supply of Standard Process Whole Food Supplements along with herbal supplements from the Australian company, Mediherb. Standard Process products are different from most other vitamins in supplements because they are made from whole foods that are mostly grown on their organic farm in Wisconsin, not synthetic formulations of vitamins made in a factory.
